Total Transformation Bootcamp will keep you guessing! Each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone. You will have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training, with an active recovery yoga class on Wednesdays. Surrounded by people who will encourage you, you will never sweat alone. (Intermediate to Advanced)
The 7:30am Bootcamp is a great, low impact, way to learn not only a variety of strength-based exercises, but also the proper (and safe) form to execute them. Wednesdays bring an active recovery with yoga classes included with your bootcamp. These total-body classes see a big range of participants, both in age and fitness level. (All Levels)
Get ready to challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance in an uplifting atmosphere where we all come together to breathe, sweat, strengthen, and lengthen our bodies, while calming our minds with the truth of God’s word.
Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. The routines incorporate interval training (alternating fast and slow rhythms) to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Trust me when I tell you, this is a safe space to move your body, sweat, smile, laugh, and be free. The first class may seem awkward as if you are learning a new language, but with each class your confidence will build as the songs and steps will remain the same throughout the entire session. I look forward to dancing with you!
This movement based group uses dance and mindfulness to lead us to a deeper place of worship. No dance training required! Just fun! The group will explore a different passage of scripture each meeting that will be integrated throughout the class.The group will be for ages 13+ and no childcare will be provided. Running Club meets weekly to pray, share Scripture, and encourage one another as a team. We tackle the miles and the trails together, to discover how to push forward and find hope in Jesus.
“The power that made the body heals the body”. This quarterly workshops will dig into just that. We will explore holistic health and the science behind the many functions of the body. Some examples of topics that will be discussed include hormone imbalance, stress and its effects on the body, posture and its importance to our health, and so much more. God made us in His beautiful image and our body has the amazing power of healing itself, given the right resources. We hope these workshops will empower you to make the best health decisions for you and your family. Community Education Workshops are 100% free.
