    Bootcamp is a group physical training program designed for ALL levels, to build balance, strength, power and endurance through a variety of intense group intervals. You will be surrounded by people who encourage you and you will never sweat alone!

    Boxing & Drills is great for the body and mind. You will develop endurance, strength, balance, agility and coordination. You do not need any boxing experience, this class is designed for ALL levels!

    Have you ever wanted to let loose and dance without a care in the world? Then this is the class for you. Mindful Movement is focused on meditation practice for adults and youth that uses movement to connect with God in the moment. No prior dance training, this is for everyone.
